Dr. Ardi has served in Private Equity as a Partner/Managing Director at CCMP Capital and JPMorgan Partners, and was also a Partner at the Venture Capital Firm , Flatiron Partners. Earlier in her career, she was an operating executive at R. R. Donnelly & Sons and at McGraw-Hill. She is also known for her background in managing and leading several executive search firms.
Dr. Ardi served on the Board of AMC/Loews Entertainment Inc. from 2009 until the company’s sale in 2012. She is a member of the Acquisition Committee of the Institute of Contemporary Art of Miami, and a member of the Royal Society of the Arts. She is on the Board and a founding member of the M Center of Excellence, a philanthropy and serves on the Executive Committee of WorkingNation,the leading non-profit dedicated to the Nation’s current and future state of work.
Dr. Ardi has a bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo and a masters degree and doctorate from Boston College.
